The THT1000 is a state-of-the-art tablet hardness tester, designed as the next generation of the THT500 model.

It features semi-automated operation with a testing capacity of up to 23 samples per cycle, enabling efficient and consistent workflows in modern pharmaceutical laboratories. For increased automation and throughput, the system can be retrofitted with an automatic feeding system and a fully integrated precision balance, further expanding its testing capabilities.

For applications involving very hard tablets, the THT1000 is equipped with a robust load cell covering a force range of 0 to 1000 N, ensuring reliable performance even under extreme testing conditions.
